James is a passionate and dedicated exercise physiologist with a solid background in sports, strength and conditioning. Having completed his studies at the University of the Sunshine Coast, James has cultivated a deep understanding of exercise science, sports performance, and rehabilitation. His academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience, allows him to bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to every client he works with.
With over three years of experience in coaching strength and conditioning and leading dynamic group fitness classes, James has developed a unique ability to design effective, goal-oriented programs. He is skilled in assessing individuals' needs and tailoring programs that align with their specific goals, whether those are related to improving athletic performance, increasing strength, or enhancing overall health and fitness. James understands the importance of motivating individuals at every stage of their fitness journey and is adept at guiding clients through challenges and celebrations alike.
One of James' core passions lies in helping others achieve an optimal quality of life, particularly through healthy aging practices. As we age, maintaining physical activity is crucial for preserving independence, supporting mobility, and improving our health-span, and James is committed to promoting this philosophy. Satorri Villis

Satorri is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is passionate about helping people enhance their quality of life through evidence-based exercise. She has experience with various musculoskeletal, metabolic, and neurological conditions. Satorri believes in collaborating with each patient to understand their unique circumstances and creating evidence-based exercise programs that promote client independence.
With over 8 years of experience in the fitness and health industry, including personal training and group training, Satorri has developed a strong ability to connect with individuals of all abilities. She excels at designing personalised programs that cater to unique goals, whether recovering from an injury, managing chronic conditions, improving overall fitness, or enhancing athletic performance.
Growing up immersed in team sports and track and field, Satorri has always cherished the life-changing benefits of movement. She is dedicated to enhancing her client’s overall well-being with a holistic, individualised approach. Drawing from her own experience managing Ankylosing Spondylitis through exercise, she understands and appreciates how movement can manage chronic conditions and improve overall quality of life.
Satorri understands her client's physical and emotional journeys and is committed to supporting them every step of the way. Passionate about the connection between physical and mental health, she is currently pursuing a Master's in Neuroscience and Mental Health to enhance her ability to understand and help clients achieve the best quality of life.
